- tea or hot cocoa or coffee or hot milk (whatever you prefer just go on and warm your tummy)
- sweet smelling lotion (trust me this works, just lather lotion on your body for a while and massage all the stress off)
- romcom movies
- stuffed animals
- loads of pillows
- blankets
- tissues
- hot showers
- a friend who will listen
- upbeat music of your choice (try to not play so much emotional or sad music)
- go for a run
- ice cream (or any of your fave dessert)
- scream very loudly if you have to
- watch Gossip Girl
